RUINANA (hereinafter the "Company") values the personal information of its users and complies with relevant laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled in connection with the use of the cat health-tracking app "meowstiny" (hereinafter the "App") and the meowstiny.com website (hereinafter the "Website") provided by the Company.
The App has no membership registration or login, and does not directly collect users' personal information. All records a user enters into the App (cat profiles, health logs, medication information, etc.) are stored only on the user's device (iPhone) and are not transmitted to or stored on the Company's or any third party's servers.
Accordingly, the Company does not view or retain the contents of a user's App records. When the App is deleted, all records stored on the device are deleted as well, and the Company cannot recover them.
The App is provided free of charge and uses the Google AdMob SDK to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID, etc.) and device information to provide ads, and this is subject to Google's policies.
Users may deny the App's tracking permission or reset their advertising identifier under iOS [Settings] > [Privacy & Security] > [Tracking].
The Website is a static website without features such as membership registration or login, and does not directly collect users' personal information. However, the Company uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to operate and improve the Service, through which the following information is automatically collected and analyzed.
The above information is anonymized statistical data that cannot identify individual users and is not used for the purpose of identifying a specific individual. If you contact us by email, your email address and the contents of your inquiry may be collected, and these are used solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
The production and sale of meowstiny goods are carried out through the external commerce platform Marpple Shop. All responsibility for the collection, use, storage, and destruction of personal information (name, address, contact details, payment information, etc.) arising during the goods purchase process lies with Marpple Shop, and Marpple Shop's privacy policy applies. The Company does not collect or store users' personal information in transactions made through Marpple Shop.
The minimal information that is automatically collected is used only for the following purposes.
